Frozen Inspired Makeup Tutorial - Elsa

I spent the past two weeks with my second family in Montana. That meant a lot of  dancing around the house with my niece. The popular soundtrack for this trip was Frozen...big surprise. What child under five isn't familiar with Elsa, Anna and Olaf. When I started looking at the pictures of Elsa I was completely inspired to create a makeup look inspired by her icy transformation.
